All prices include plans to obtain building permit from township,
if engineered plans are required, $300 fee will apply.

All footings dug, installed with main support girders (double 2x10 beams),
Framing (2x8 joists for 12' decks. 2x10 joists for 16' decks),
Decking screwed to joists with stainless steel screws
(name brand composites in cedar, walnut, and grey colors available)
Vinyl railing upgrades will have molded top T-rail and oversized bottom rails
with aluminum inserts for added strength, and square balusters (standard)

Add $100 per stair riser needed for a 3 foot wide pine staircase.
