• Have your project constructed during the months you are not trying to enjoy your yard. This will allow us to work at a more comfortable pace, not having to worry about inconveniencing you or your family during the spring and summer when you would rather be enjoying the outdoors.

• Start enjoying your NEW beautiful deck or pergola as soon as the great warm weather starts! Better than trying to get your project built at the beginning of the spring season, and having to watch construction out your window while the sun is shining. You will be able to be sitting on your deck or under your pergola enjoying the sun and air!

• Ground disruption is lessened by the cooling and even freezing of the ground which helps prevent paths and trails of flattened grass from our lumber deliveries and foot traffic to and from the street..

• A more relaxed and comfortable work schedule and environment due to the fact neither party has the pressure of needing to be complete by a holiday weekend, birthday party, 4th of July barbeque, etc. Both parties can relax knowing the finished project will be ready for the first day of spring.

• No worries about trying to secure a deck builder in the beginning weeks of the spring when all qualified and reputable builders are usually booked solid.
